Wallpaper is the main picture that appears on your desktop. The default size is usually 640x480, 800x600 or 1024x768 pixel. Windows requires that the wallpaper be in bitmap format. Plus! and other installers take the .jpg image as you install the theme, and convert it to a .bmp.
